I have no idea who this guy is, and only just happened to stumble upon this video, but I think I’m in love.

He looks a bit like you…. perhaps that’s it.

Here he is in another show stopper:

  3. When I was a senior in high school, I saw “Carousel” in the auditorium. Before the movie was over, the final bell rang. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed until it was over. Later others were asking me how it ended. What memories, but why they left just because the final bell had rung still puzzles me.

I had to google John Riatt. I listened to his Soliloquy, and I think I prefer Ovenden’s rendition. However, I prefer Hugh Jackman’s version over both. Of course, if Hugh just stood there, I would think he was great.

He has a pleasant, small voice, but he’s no John Raitt.

Julian Ovenden played Foyle’s son in the British mystery series Foyle’s War. Also, he played JFK in Smash, he was the character of JFK for the musical Bombshell.

  7. There shouldn’t be any. If you ever see a video ad that starts automatically, try to email me and let me know what the ad is for, what spot on the page you’re seeing it in (which ad spot), and what the landing page for the ad is (the url) for starters. That may help us kill it.

I read that he did a Diet Coke commercial. If you google him and Diet Coke, it links to a commercial. I don’t think that guy in the commercial is him, but I find it difficult to look above his shoulders. If that guy is him, WOW!

John for the love of all things holy, please get rid of the video ads that start without clicking as soon as we enter your site. Super annoying.

His Wiki profile says he’s the son of the chaplain to Queen Elizabeth II. He’s 37, married, father of two children. Oh, well…

  11. Ooh interesting about Downton

  12. Ah, put glasses on him, he’ll do :)

  13. Googled, British and married to a woman :(

  14. DastiusKrazitauc says:

I wonder if he ever did lick every other fella’s father?

  15. karmanot says:

Oh yes, talented, charming and very charismatic.

  16. Mike_in_the_Tundra says:

Definitely cute, but I like the nerdy type. The conductor fits that description, and he’s cute.

  17. NCMan says:

a quick google search says he is British and will be in the 4th season of Downton Abbey.
